got a L and it's pretty roomie. (true to size with comfort room). Hoodie feels super comfortable, and quite plush. the sweater is thicker than expected so you may warm up rather quickly. i ended up installing the level 2 pads as they are way more comfortable. the pockets for the pad keep them in place and i feel quite confident riding knowing i have that much more protection. the hoodie looks good as is too. steez with protection. cant go wrong.
